Refund Policy

1. Seller of Record

All purchases on EpicMu (www.epicmu.net) are sold by NEXUS CODE LLC (CNPJ: -), trading as NEXUS CODE LLC. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers.

Charges appear on your statement as MRCO.DEV or MORETTO CORREA.

2. Digital Products

This policy applies to all digital products purchased on our website, including in-game store items, premium access, and other digital goods.

A product is considered "used" when it has been redeemed, activated, or applied to a game account in any form.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing team with the following information:

  • The product or service name
  • Your game account username (if applicable)
  • The reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • PIX: Refunds are typically processed instantly.
  • Credit Card: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to a different account or payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage contacting us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute with your bank, PayPal, or card provider.

Important: Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of your game account and access to services while the dispute is under review. We maintain detailed transaction logs and delivery records as evidence in dispute scenarios.

In most cases, we can resolve billing issues faster than the chargeback process, which can take 30–90 days through your bank.

6. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC — Lei 8.078/1990). If you are located in Brazil, you retain all rights granted by the CDC, including the right of withdrawal within 7 days for online purchases as provided by Art. 49.
