1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EpicMu (www.epicmu.net), you agree to these Terms of Service. This website and game server is owned and operated by NEXUS CODE LLC (CNPJ: -), trading as NEXUS CODE LLC.

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login information with anyone. We are not responsible for issues arising from shared access, including use in public computers or internet cafes.
• Buying, selling, or trading accounts or in-game items for real money outside of our official store is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Digital Products & Purchases

NEXUS CODE LLC is the seller of record for all digital products sold on this website. Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers.

• In-game store items: Delivered automatically upon payment confirmation. Delivery is typically instant.
• Premium access: Activated immediately upon successful payment and valid for the purchased duration.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
• Charges appear on your statement as MRCO.DEV or MORETTO CORREA.

3. Refund Policy

• Unused digital products: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been consumed or applied to an account.
• Partially used products: Refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
• Fully consumed products: Non-refundable once activated or applied to a game account.
• Subscription products: Can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current period are available within 48 hours if benefits were not used.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Any form of hacking, cheating, or using unauthorized third-party software is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics must be reported. Abuse will result in a permanent ban.
• Manipulating ranking systems or participating in fake guild wars is prohibited.
• Scamming other players (including deceptive trades or price manipulation) will result in a permanent ban. All logs are monitored.
• We do not support the use of proxies or third-party software to mask IP addresses. Issues arising from such use are your responsibility.

5. Staff & Community Conduct

• Impersonating staff members (administrators or GMs) will result in a permanent ban.
• Do not use character names that resemble staff names.
• Personal attacks against the server, staff, or other players will not be tolerated.
• Staff decisions are final. Public disputes over staff actions are not permitted.
• Staff reserve the right to suspend or block accounts for investigation when necessary.
• Advertising or mentioning other MU Online servers or unrelated services is prohibited.

6. Account Responsibility

• Each player may register and use multiple accounts within server rules. However, you are responsible for all activity on your accounts.
• Assisting others in rule violations (including providing advice or resources) may result in your account being banned.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom content, graphics, server modifications, and website materials are owned by or licensed to NEXUS CODE LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our products without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

NEXUS CODE LLC is not responsible for:

• Lost, disappeared, or stolen in-game items due to account sharing, hacking, or player error.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Mato Grosso, without prejudice to the consumer's right to initiate proceedings in their own domicile as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC - Lei 8.078/1990).

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
